


The reason I tell you this is if yours are all in the default locations, copying the folders contents over could mean you have to waste time while it copies folders like music, and if C is on a small ssd, you may not have the space. Libraries include My docs, music, pictures, videos. I have all my library folders relocated to a 2nd hdd. I have done it before myself and you don't need to manually copy anything. If you copy the contents of old user folder in C users you should have access to the same files now.
